- Definitely 200 breast – though I also like the 100 and 50 breasts, 400 and 200 IMs, and 200 fly. I have tried all the standard pool events in meets, plus some fresh- and salt-water open-water swims (max is the 5K swim)

- I love to read, lie in the sun, drink wine!, go out for dinner!, run, bike, do sprint triathlons (I was 5th at USAT nationals last September), travel, serve as President of the Sweet House Foundation which preserves and educates about a historical mansion in Grand Rapids, Michigan, spend time with my loyal cheerleader and lifetime supporter husband Dave, spend time with daughters Rachael and Angela and their spouses Alex and Michael (Rachael and Alex work out with me in the pool sometime but I love them out of the pool too) and spend time with my loyal lovely swim partner and besty Jeri out of the pool as well.
