Candidate Requirements

A candidate for a Michigan LMSC board position must be a current USMS member in good standing, registered with a club in the Michigan LMSC, and willing to serve a two-year term.

Candidate's Name: Kevin Doak

Kevin has been an active Michigan Masters swimmer for many years and currently serves on the LMSC board. He is standing for Vice Chair to help coordinate meets, communications, and volunteer coordination across the LMSC.

Sanctions Officer / Records / Top 10 Recorder

Shawn Taylor

Candidate's Name: Shawn Taylor

Shawn brings meet-management and records-keeping experience to the LMSC and is willing to serve as Sanctions Officer, Records Chair, and Top 10 Recorder for the coming term.

Membership Coordinator

Barbara E. Church

Candidate's Name: Barbara E. Church

Barb has served the Michigan LMSC in multiple capacities and is standing to continue her work supporting membership registration, renewals, and new-member outreach.

Patrick Weiss

Patrick has served as Michigan LMSC Registrar and is standing to continue in that role, coordinating USMS registration for Michigan clubs and swimmers.
