The 100 IM. I love this event. It goes by so quick, and it is nothing more than an all out 100 sprint. I usually sign up to swim the 100 IM at every meet. I will never forget going to Indy Spring Nationals in 2018. I swam 100 IM and crushed my personal record by 5 seconds. I’ve haven’t come close to that time since.

2014 Worlds in Montreal. It was an amazing meet, and overall experience. I found it so interesting talking to other masters swimmers from around the world. We all have so much in common. I felt like a true athlete.

I have a love/hate relationship with holding pace sets on an interval, but they do a great job of building swim fitness and endurance.

Big goals
-
To continue to improve strokes, and swim masters for many years.
- **Favorite swim Olympian?** Michael Phelps.
- **What do you like to do outside the pool?** Anything outside! I enjoy daily walks with my Golden Retriever Lindsay, and love to go on distance road bike rides. I still run some, when my knees corporate. I have ran the CRIM race in Flint every year, since 2001.
